To start with, I appreciate your initiative and I feel you have done well in the first time. You seem to have covered the topics which start from management with a touch up of management and NancyW’s background.
I felt confused by seeing the question PMP asked to a Open source/ Drupal lady! As per my knowledge PMP is more into Project Management which is a totally different field than Drupal. May be Project Management principles are used for managing drupal projects too, which is just one among several applications.
The question sequence is essential in the interviews. When I passed through the questions, I felt a jump from one to another. May be if you can organise it better and make it more into a conversational log, it would attract people.
